Tasting Notes
Greg Sherwood 91-93
Previously a Cotes des Nuits Blanc, this is now a Fixin Blanc appellation wine for the first time. Plenty of limestone minerality on display with notes of green apple, dried herbs, and a liquid minerality. A real focus and precision to the wine, seamlessly balanced and beautifully pinpoint with a smoky, pithy finished. Very classy indeed.
