At Musigny, we make every possible effort to ensure the provenance and condition of the wines we sell.
To this end – and unlike many other merchants – we offer only wines with impeccable provenance, that have been sourced direct from the producer. We never buy wines at auction, and we don’t typically buy wines from members of the public unless they have been shipped by us direct from the producer and held in bonded storage.
Nevertheless, despite all possible efforts, a small percentage of wines may develop a fault due to cork taint or oxidation.
In the event of you discovering a problem with one of the wines you purchase from our website, please notify us and we will be happy to arrange a refund or (when possible) a replacement.
However, in the case of older vintages of our fine wines, clients will understand that there is a risk inherent in buying old bottles of wine – and we’re, therefore, unable to offer the same guarantee.
