From an organic source. Glowing lemon yellow. Vivacious fruit on the nose, plenty of citrus, juicily ripe on the palate. White fruit behind with good acidity, and a long finish.

A classical Aligote expression from Jerome boasting the true complexity of this famous village, packing in a musky talc perfume, limestone minerality, lemon bon bons and a chalky sherbety depth. The acids are intense and tangy, the fruit weight fleshy, concentrated and glycerol in the mouth.
