Tasting Notes
Greg Sherwood NR
Always one of the highlights in Jerome s portfolio, this lieu dit red is power packed with complex broody sour damson plum, strawberry confit and kirsch liquor notes. The precision is fabulous with seamless textural harmony, weightless fruit concentration and an accessible fleshy depth framed by stony mineral limestone tannins. Very impressive and super serious for the vintage. Drink from 2026 to 2036+. (Wine Safari Score: 93-95/100 Greg Sherwood MW) [Greg Sherwood, 01/12/2024]

Jerome has always used more whole bunches for En Croisette, since 2008 – 40% in 2023. It is a mineral site, near Evocelles, and the stems work well with that. A fine ruby purple. The fruit is a little more restrained here yet remarkably intense. A very precise pure red fruit with some cherries, enhancing the length of the finish. Drink from 2028-2032. Tasted Dec 2024. 100pt score: 91-93 Jasper Morris – Inside Burgundy [Jasper Morris, 01/01/2025]
