The Bourgogne was being bottled on the day I visited, though the sample had been taken first. Fresh pink to purple colour. Quite a tense fresh raspberry pinot on the nose. Sharp acidity, acidulated raspberry, very tight, but the fruit quality is very good. Drink from 2026-2028. Tasted Dec 2024 by Jasper Morris MW. 3 Stars, 87-88 pts
