Cask sample. Much more tension on the palate than the Bourgogne Blanc with a fine line of acidity to cut through the appealing, ripe fruit. Floral notes combined with white peaches. Very fresh, you could enjoy this now but it will benefit from a year in bottle. Has the acidity to last. (AWH)
