It is a pleasure to offer you this invitation to accept our parcel from the Millemann family of their exquisite wines from yet another excellent vintage.
The 2023 vintage was a plentiful one, however, this does not apply to Millemann. To maintain their unwavering commitment to quality, they have decided to produce the same quantity of wine as in 2022.
The family has built its reputation on crafting purely hedonistic wines — anything else is of no interest to them. In fact, the 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin Cazetiers 1er Cru, which they opened at their charity dinner in Paris last November, was one of the finest wines I tasted all year, as did many other aficionados.
Elegance, refinement, silk-like polish—these are the words that come to mind when drinking a bottle of Pierre Millemann wine.
From the moment of their inception, the Grand Crus have earned their place in the Burgundy Hall of fame, while the Premier Crus have continued to leave people in awe.
With his Premier Crus, Pierre has masterfully revealed intricacies and nuances that only a select few can achieve. These wines have firmly made their mark and offer incredible value for those who are constantly searching for the true essence of wine.
Whilst 2023 was a large vintage for many producers, the Millemann’s only produced the same amount as 2022. Demand for the family’s wines has increased considerably, and we have had to limit the number of single bottles we can offer to regular buyers as demand is extremely high both from UK and the rest of the World.
